Print Job Specific Notes

Screen Printing:

Non gradient images and artwork for vector based print jobs must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), editable EPS, Macromedia Freehand (.fh) or CorelDraw (.cdr) format.

Logos:

Must be submitted in vector based format or editable EPS on a transparent background in it's final size or larger, CMYK color with a minimum resolution of 250 dpi** however, higher resolutions are preferable.

Linked Images:

Vector images for links must be provided in a folder named 'images' or 'pictures'.

Photographic/Gradient Images:

Must be provided in a PSD format preferably in layers to allow for slight adjustments during production.

PSD Files:

Should be provided in CMYK mode with a minimum resolution of 250 dpi**, preferrably 300 dpi.

Pantone©:

Custom ink requirements such as Pantone© images should be generated in DCS2 format. Utilized colors must be specified in either Pantone©, CMYK or the Color List Window.

PhotoShop:

All text in Photoshop files must be Rasterized or font/family source values provided.

Vector Based Software:

All text in vector based software must be converted to Outlines or font/family source values provided.

Corel Draw:

Corel artwork can be saved in Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand format. Prior to saving, ensure all fonts are converted to curves or font/family source values provided.

Standard Stubby Holder:

size*** = XXXmm(W) x XXXmm(H)

Sublimination Jobs:

Allow 3mm bleed each side. size*** = XXXmm(W) x XXXmm(H)

Local Screen Printing Jobs:

Maximum printing area = XXXmm(W) x XXXmm(H)

Above dimensions are based on flat panel. We cannot guarantee correct PMS color matching as the registrations of colors on neoprene differs by print material

** Non-interpolated image, resolution MUST be generated from original source with this specification (scanned, photographic, etc.). For images, resolution is generated in DOTS PER INCH (dpi).
*** Size is always generated by WIDTH (W) as the first measurement and HEIGHT (H) as the second measurement. All units are measured in millimeters (mm).
