Shop Inquiry Quotes purchase order jobs Inventory customer data
Shop:
The menu item "Shop" takes you to a page with groups of products. After you have selected a group of products, the individual products are displayed in a list. When you click on the shopping basket, the selected product is placed in the basket (with minimum quantity and packaging unit). When all desired products are in the shopping basket, you can edit the quantities if necessary, and the order can then be sent to the printshop.
Inquiry:
Prospect: You are not yet known as a customer at the printshop and you would like to submit an electronic request for quote. Please fill out the form with your personal data. After you have entered all required information, you can proceed with your product selection.
Customer: The menu item "Inquiry" leads you to a selection of the available product types. After having selected a product, you will see the form for entering all product attributes. Please fill out all required fields. After all entries in the form are completed, you can send a message to the printshop. On the next screen you will see a summary of your entries. Here you can request the date when the quote should be returned to you and how it should be submitted to you.
Quotes:
The menu item "Offers" takes you to an overview of all your current offers. You can alter the sorting by clicking on the headlines of the columns. The column "Offer number" takes you to the details of the offer. Here you can see the product details. You can turn the offer into a job by means of the "Order" button.
purchase order:
Via the menu item "Orders" you can submit orders for offers, repeat jobs and shop products. A list of orders which were already placed is also available.
actual jobs:
The menu item "Current jobs" leads you to an overview of your jobs which are currently in production. These jobs are sorted by the delivery date. You can alter the sorting by clicking on the headlines of the columns. In the column "Job number" you will see the job details. In addition to the job details, you will also see the latest status messages.
job archive:
The menu item "Job archive" leads you to an overview of your archived jobs. As with the current jobs, you can see the job details in the job archive. By clicking the headlines of the columns you can sort the displayed records. The column "Job number" leads you to the details of the particular job. If a low-res PDF of the product is available, it will be shown together with the job details.
Inventory:
The menu item "Inventory" leads you to an overview of your available stock. By clicking the button "new call", you are directed to the next page where you can check the product you want to withdraw. After you have selected the required product, enter the amount you would like to withdraw. Then specify your delivery address and the desired delivery date. You can also enter additional comments. At the end, a summary of your entries will be displayed and your order can be sent. A list of previously withdrawn products is also available.
customer data:
The menu item "Customer data" leads you to an overview of your customer data. Here you will find you basic data, your contacts, your delivery addresses and your addresses for invoicing. Your phone number, fax number, e-mail address are also displayed. In case any information is incorrect, you should advise us of any changes so we can update our records.
